Janine Cahill – Founder/CEO
Janine is an award-winning engagement strategist and has been designing experiential learning for over 20 years. With a background in psychology, app creation and culture change, her passion for self-directed learning led to the birth of Teazl. Her other passion is enabling young people to release their most creative self – and learn coding and entrepreneurship along the way. Janine is crazy about STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and maths) integration particularly for girls and older women. Janine is available for media interviews on startups, STEM education for girls and the science of learning.
Fiona Pearman– Marketing and Brand Consultant
Fiona brings considerable expertise in sales, marketing and brand management to Teazl. Brand Illumination has a strong hands-on team for Teazl projects. Fiona has held senior roles in sales, marketing and brand management. Clients Fiona has worked with include Toyota Australia, Commonwealth Bank, RSPCA, Woods Bagot, Volvo Australia, the NSW Department of Commerce, APP (subsidiary of Transfield), TSM P/L (a division of Telstra), Unifam, Krispy Kreme, SNP Security, Centre for Corporate Health, AltusQ and UnitingCare.
Brian Dorricott – Business Advisor
Brian was Entrepreneur in Residence at Bristol University’s incubator SetSquared which hosts over seventy companies in all stages of development. He also consulted to and ran part of the South West Angel and Investment Network where he completed preliminary due diligence on companies and investors resulting in many deals.
Lucy Wang – Art and Creative Director
Lucy is an artist and designer. She brings great experience in design, however more importantly Lucy brings an experimental approach to her work. Lucy has created trans-disciplinary projects with an experimental nature that challenge the potential possibilities of Design, creating work featured both locally and internationally.
Melanie Lawler – Digital Producer
Mel has studied both education and marketing and has worked in sales and marketing administration in a large multi-national prior joining Teazl. With an amazing can-do attitude, no job is too hard or too complicated for Mel. A great problem-solver she is also friendly and amiable – she really is the glue in the Teazl team. Mel also provides technical support to Teazl clients.
